Due to my responses, I portray some necessary qualities to be an uplifting and transformational leader. As a manager, I encourage all my crew members to set higher goals for themselves and to work towards earning them daily. People don't truly understand what they are capable of until they set their mind fully to doing the act. I communicate well with others and do not let issues go unresolved. My confidence has allowed others to follow my lead, ask for advice, and ultimatley seek help from me. I encourage others to think for themselves and not always rely on your advisor.
