My challenges in life have only led me to become the motivated and independent individual that I am today. Growing up in the South has given me the opportunity to understand what it means to appreciate the small things, put family over everything, and real manors at a young age. I enjoy smiling, being kind, and helping others because I receive a sense of satisfaction knowing I can make someones day a little brighter and more positive. My traditions and culture are my strongest influences when speaking of my future leadership positions because both possess qualities needed for great customer service, a motivational leader, and positive work environment. I use manors, understand the customer is never wrong, and clearly explain any issues at hand to ensure the guest will leave satisfied. Both my parents are self-employed and from a young age they have taught me how to be successful in a business. My personality traits such as confidence, trustworthy, and easily relatable play a major role in my ability to lead others and ensure proper communication with all employees. I believe everyone is equal and no matter what race or ethnicity we all deserve respect and acceptance. My parents raised me to not judge anyone and accept those different from you because we are all unique in some way. All in all, I will continue to grow as an individual and leader with many opportunities lying ahead of me to grow and develop.
